Josef Addleman

After moving to Toronto in 2006, Josef wandered through the wastes studying education and feeling lost. He was eventually directed to Impatient Theatre Company, where he studied under a host of Kevins and Seans, and began mainlining improv to feed his long-neglected performance addiction.

Now an English teacher by day and improviser and drummer by nights, Josef is utterly chuffed to be a part of Toronto's improv community. Lately, he's also very happy to have learned from such shining individuals as Joe Bill and Mark Sutton, Liz Allen, Mark Napier, Jill Bernard, David Asher, Zach Ward, and countless (in the sense that I haven't counted) other human embodiments of awesome.

In addition to playing with the ITC Harold team Echelon, Josef performs most Saturdays as a member of Smash Hit: an Improvised Musical.
