All artwork, photography, and logos used on this website are copyrighted intellectual property of the Toronto International Improv Festival. In addition, client logos, signage, and names may be trademarked. These materials may not be reproduced elsewhere, except by their respective copyright and trademark holders.

All other material, including text, artwork, and design, is copyright 2002–2010 to the Toronto International Improv Festival and its production entity Impatient Productions, and may not be reproduced elsewhere without explicit written permission.

Photography

The official photographer fo the Toronto International Improv Festival is Kevin Thom. Festival artists may use any of the photos of the improv festival free of charge for promotional purposes. There are a few simple conditions:

• They may be used on a website or sent via email as long as they are not significantly altered.
• Credit must be given underneath the photo in the format "Photograph by Kevin Thom" with a link to www.kevinthom.com.
• The photos may not be printed without express permission from Kevin Thom. For license to print images, or to use these images in printed material, please contact Kevin at prints@kevinthom.com. This condition also applies to use of the photos in multimedia presentations on videotape, DVD, etc.
• Obviously, the photos may NOT be sold.

The best and original copies of these images can be viewed at Kevin Thom's website. Kevin Thom reserves all moral rights to his work.
